Terms & Conditions
Contract Duration & Termination
- Initial Term: 3 months locked-in period from July 1st, 2025
- Renewal: Month-to-month thereafter with 30 days notice for termination
- Early Termination: Not permitted during initial 3-month period
Intellectual Property Rights
- All campaign materials and strategies remain property of Hills Business Group Pty Ltd
- Client retains ownership of their brand materials and provided content
- Shared ownership of developed marketing assets during contract period
- All IP rights clearly defined in accordance with Privacy Act 1988
Data Privacy & Security
- Full compliance with Privacy Act 1988 requirements
- Secure data handling and storage protocols
- Breach notification within 24 hours

Change Management
