Payment Terms

14 days from invoice date

Paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta)
Up to $5,000 monthly budget managed, actual amount to be reviewed & approved before campaign initiation.    

Additional Services

Out-of-scope work at 1.5x hourly rate
Travel fees for on-site visits outside metro area

Terms & Conditions

Contract Duration & Termination

  • Initial Term: 3 months locked-in period from July 1st, 2025
  • Renewal: Month-to-month thereafter with 30 days notice for termination
  • Early Termination: Not permitted during initial 3-month period

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All campaign materials and strategies remain property of Hills Business Group Pty Ltd
  • Client retains ownership of their brand materials and provided content
  • Shared ownership of developed marketing assets during contract period
  • All IP rights clearly defined in accordance with Privacy Act 1988

Data Privacy & Security

  • Full compliance with Privacy Act 1988 requirements
  • Secure data handling and storage protocols
  • Breach notification within 24 hours
  • Cross-border data transfer safeguards
  • Data retention and deletion policies

Change Management

  • Scope changes require written approval from both parties
  • Out-of-scope work billed at 1.5x standard rates
  • Service modifications require 14 days notice
  • Clear change request documentation process
